I am puzzled that a few people can't figure why the Directors don't keep stocking up on shares? Not sure that we need to put this to the next meeting, as the answer seems to be right there with the Company's own Securities Trading Policy (December 2010). Put simply, their own policy states that Directors etc shall:
- never engage in short-term trading of Metal Storm securities; and
- not deal in Metal Storm securities while in possession of inside information about what the Company is planning or doing.
It would be hard to run a listed Company and not know what you are planning or doing. That rules them out of buying shares under their own Company policy, as far as I can see - doh?
In that regard, IMO it would be plain unproductive for shareholders to waste time assuming the Directors non-purchase of shares has anything whatsoever to do with future prospects (either way) of the Company.
