You touched on interesting points regarding both the Thailand well and Gurame failing to achieve their stated pre-drill reservoir objectives.
Both wells did not reach their prognosed TD’s. Did the Thai well actually drill its primary objective? I don’t know. Gurame drilled through only the upper objective, then tagged the top of the lower objective sandstone but did not drill it calling TD. Only the upper objective was tested which failed to flow as you pointed out.
What went wrong? I haven’t seen any detailed explanation from MEO.
