It is all guess work at this stage as to what is going on. My guess is that they may be fixing a date for the lab demonstration and have begun contacting industry experts and luminaries which they said was down for early third quarter.
If they are making some calls to book in a date then people would surmise that they are not doing so if there are still unresolved issues. If I'm getting a call to come and see what they have my guess is that they have all the ducks in a row.
Something good is happening, this is the time and the share price is running!
