As calculated previously, JAT management issuing themselves shares increases the market cap by barely 2 mill. So stuff all effect, also it’s not like they are gonna sell those shares.
If it keeps management happy, and doesn’t get sold down I’m happy for performance shares to be issued. They need to however have more realistic performance metrics as the ones they currently put in are too easily achieved I believe.
