ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 26 February 2018 Sale of JAT Shares by Directors On 20 February 2018, Jatenergy Limited (“Jatenergy”
announced that the issue of shares to directors on 11 December 2017 pursuant to the Security Purchase Plan breached listing rule 10.11.
To remedy the breach, as directed by the ASX, Mr Crimmins and Mr Li have sold on-market the shares issued to them in breach of listing rule 10.11. The profit from the sale of those shares will be donated to a registered charity. Jatenergy has today released an Appendix 3Y for each of Mr Crimmins and Mr Li disclosing the details of the on-market sales of Jatenergy shares. Mr Wilton Yao (Jatenergy director) is in the process of arranging for shares issued to him pursuant to the Security Purchase Plan to be sold on market. On sale, Jatenergy will issue an Appendix 3Y disclosing the details.
