Thanks for posting that had done a bit of reading on this co as is an interesting story but taht shows both complete disregard for share holders and naivety. Also started the steep down fall in sp i would be very unhappy shareholder if i got fleeced like that.
it would be interesting to see how much "profit" they donated to MS aust. They probably paid very good accountants hopefully not with shareholders money. Begs the question if it even worth having regulators when you get caught you just say my bad ill give a bit to charity.
