Shareholders outside the top 20 clearly could, working together, with clear purpose, determine how CTP is to organise itself to progress opportunities. Later this month Annual Report will be signed off. Later this month CTP plan for near term exploration / company development activities will be published. It is already known dividends are not contemplated now or near term. I don't think they will be paid ever. Literally all disposable income will be spent on exploration / company development - except for i anticipate more staff and motions to increase Directors fees. Wiil larger offices be needed ? Dukas is likely to be re-entered in 1 to 3 years time. Range, current drill project, is to be next source of additional disposable income financing company exploration / development in parallel with new capital raising 2020 / expanded borrowing capacity / farm-outs / prospect percentage ownership sell downs. In absence of dividends CTP is purely a trading proposition with share price moving around drilling events. In between drilling events share price likely flat line. Owners / shareholders outside top 20 be clear about how company should proceed, be ready to co-operate at short notice, instruct Board in these matters, have an opinion and action plan ready before and at AGM.
