Dont care about the vendor selling out, but the director (Purcell) selling his unerestricted shares is a different matter. He should be sacked.

I don't think Wilson is a director, he is not listed as a director, even though there is a reference in the prospectus to him being a director (in other words I think they screwed up the prospectus and should have fixed it). He is a director of a group (PCT) that KTig have a distribution agreement with...or did, not sure if still has given he sold shares.

Regardless, Purcell selling without pre ipo disclosure of this intention, is a terrible look.
