Ok mate, but my opinion is that people received their mail too late simply because of general laziness in the Australian work place. It is likely that forms were dispatched late / the mail system was too slow and things being held up due to workers not being proficient / or a combination of both. I think this is the more likely explanation than your "someone is delaying mail outs to outplay someone else" conspiracy theory suggests. The point remains that in this case it really doesn't matter, because nobody wants 23 cent shares anyway. Grab them on market today for 16 / 16.5 cents. Bargain.
