Hi downside, I wish I could help but being in the top 20 I hear as much as you. The substantial holders those holding over 5% of the stock (if my memory is working) would probably know but not a regular top 20 holder. I agree with you that it could happen and might have with CVI as they really do know a lot more than you or I even though they are not supposed to of course...lol.
