Citibank has sold 8.4 million shares so far the last month . Regal will need to lodge a change in substantial if they sell 1% of HIO, ie: 9.2 million shares + So if today is them as well, we will see something in the next day.
Below 5.5 and Regal will be starting to break the market and shell valuation will come into play. Hopefully Regal doesn't want to do that .
HIO has raised all this money and not a single updated shareholder presentation of any type, not sure what makes me angrier, that or the "shareholders notice" that looks increasingly like a spiteful act rather than any real attempt to put in new competent leadership
