Internet tells me:“Mr Hall is an electrician and foundedKalgoorlie Power Systems in 1981. He has been involved in the mining industry for 50 years and the contract power generation business for more than 30 years. KPS was sold to ASX-listed Pacific Energy for $77M in 2008. Mr Hall was appointed an executive director of Pacific Energy in May 2009. He holds a 50% shareholding I the company.”
Looks like Pacific Energy was sold toQIC for $422M in 2019.
If that is him I am very happy to have him high up on the register!
