BoA became a substantial holder from the Regal shares, then...

BoA became a substantial holder from the Regal shares, then dropped out from being a substantial holder.....1) does this holding with Citi show us that, this is Regal intending to hold for a while now? 2) does it mean that a new party is gobbling up what Regal are selling off? 3) or are we seeing a smoke screen, and we're going to get bashed around some more? Hopefully all is revealed at the end of this month and it's something positive for all us holders.
