Yep, Citicorp/BofA is holding the stock for Regal on its prime broking platform. There's the 5 million shares they have sold of late. D own from 44 mill to 39 mill .
So this stock is all about Regal and its outflows, they will crowd out any other stock price driver until the overhang is cleared. At the current volumes trading this could be on going for at least another few quarters, by which time the next capital raise will be coming into view. drats.
HIO has now missed at least two timelines for the results of its shallow drilling campaign ... Awful
