I don't think it's due to sale (my opinion only). I have seen this recently with a few cap raises when price goes down, they accumulate more at a lower price, then when they are ready to move it up (with news) it doesn't take much to impact their average and then all the panic retail kicks in and all the people that recently exited, enter, based off sentiment. Unfortunately retail don't have that much power in the game to drive a price up when sentiment isn't at a high. Long term retailers will however be able to accumulate
