Regal has sold another 4.5 million shares since the last top 20 , so they have around 26 million shares still.. They sold 1 million shares yesterday. Regal typically picks up the selling into month end . No daily close sub 3.6 cents yet, but with Regal selling everyday it's impossible to be constructive, the fundamentals simply don't matter
