Regal has several prime brokers, Merrils & Citi are two of them. If you add Merrils and Citibank selling together,since mid August yep, I agree with these numbers, Regal is now down to 15.5 million shares (less than the 19 milion I thought they had) . So yes we are even closer to a trade here . But 15 million shares is still too much for the stock to bare, need a big volume day
