Oh dear, not this again. Do the maths, that report is totally meaningless , just tells you when Regal is under 5% and no longer has to lodge. They still had 45 million shares to sell once below 5% back in May 2023. I can see they stopped selling Mid September.

Looking at the flow at the moment, there is nothing interesting going on, except that Regal has for some reason stopped selling after basically selling everyday since Fed 2023 to 15 Sept 2023 . I still think they own a small balance for what its worth, but can no longer manipulate the share price the way they have
