yes, I realised he wasn't the seller after the broker data came out..I couldn't work out who would have dumped 11 million shares from 6 cents to 4.6 cents that day after the appointment of the new chair , but it was a bunch of varied sellers as it turned out, odd forced dump, probably to buy something else
