Well HIO was at 2.6 before the $250k liability came to fruition, then it was crushed remorselessly to 2.0/2.1 where they will give you whatever they want. This is NEW stock being sold, no one single holder owns enough to sit on the 2.1 offer the way the facility is.
The facility has sold around 40 million so far at 2.1 cnets, I'm guessing they are raising a $1 million with it , so another 10 million shares to sell, then hopefully somekind of recovery . The SepQ quarterly will reveal the full horror , otherwise no idea why they would stop doing to TOP 20?
