I agree. All the talk of takeovers can only happen if people want to sell out. The fact that other than Regal the Top 20 appear to be in it for the long game.
I think it would be a shame to see a takeover. A big JV would be more attractive from my perspective if we were going to have a change in equity structure. I am looking for a 5-10 year investment here at least which should unlock the true MC value and start to see regular dividend payments.
