Looks like the real issue is only 31% held by Top 20 and the balance are retail shareholders.
Until a key investor buys in, it'll be hard to see the price rise to it's previous highs. So only need time.
It's now trading below my average cost price and I've been buying but like most, fully loaded! Glta
Excellent buying at these levels though.
