Interesting post.
Basic human nature is all about self-interest. Share sales probably based on dilution worries etc or just cash needs as people who pillage companies need to show lifestyle in order to find new targets so they cannot control their spending.
If original shareholders were mainly in it for short term cash then they know that those days ended when the new board was developed.
Due dilligence includes an analysis of the personality of the directors and not just their face value. Finance arrives now so once deals get done I will buy again. Until then I sit tight and watch the actions of the current board and management.
