captwazz,, initially Penisula Energy was touted as a uranium defensive stock that the institutions bought into in 2015, today its only one of two Tier 1 Idled Producers on the ASX, being a US project makes this play so much more attractive to capital investment firms, hence the diverse T20 holders.
Less cash burn than Paladin etc, etc..
