MaM,... I doubt very much that PEN will sign any contracts by NFWG or Utilities until Low pH is proven, and Management are not in any hurry or urgency to get the FT done.
Looking back now PEN was scrambling for funding for months, why I think large volumes movement in April and May that Management are keeping back from SH...
When did Management know that the contract sale was dead,????.. bundle in with the 2nd CR,.... it represented about half of PEN market cap I thought it would of been a market sensitive announcement...
