Look at the latest register of top 20 shareholders for shares & conv.notes. National Bank Nominees have taken about 2/3 of harmony's notes, and now also control 10.87% of shares. O'Dwyers shares down to 18% or so. This might be preparatory to MST obtaining finance from NAB, perhaps a condition was to obtain a large %ge of conv notes that they can hold as security, seeing harmony's notes are being converted to secured notes.
