The placements were made THROUGH Global to multiple clients not TO it directly. Global is just a high net worth broker which looks for special situations. The updated shareholder list will have a few of these on it, and perhaps one or two will make the top 20. From what I have heard it is being put in pretty safe hands (considering this is a bear market) and is unlikely to traded for a couple of cents contrary to popular belief.

There is a bigger play building here, question is whether the market has the patience to see it come to fruition. I watched Hardman do something similar but of course those were better times.
