I could be off the mark here but there is one Brett Curtis who owns what looks like a largish window cleaning business in WA. conincidentally that is the where CVI HQ is. I'm thinking that perhaps he is a well off business man, not necessarily a regular stock investor, who is mates with someone high up in CVI. Just guessing but he fits the bill on a couple of counts.
