Rooster,
WPL need more gas for their trains - If they miss artemis - they will be hunting for other canarvon gas with more vigour.
CUE have stated they will be looking for a JV for 389-p in earlt 2010.
Now the war & peace part
MPL are a good JV partner for time line reasons.
But Don Voeltes comment regarding wanting premium rates because they are ahead of everyone else was interesting.
Still,
If Artemis goes to chevron (or other) and 389-p goes to WPL 6 months later. I would predict that 389-p will be producing sooner.
That would be huge for CUE considering their 100% current holding.
