Sorry if my maths are out but the percentages shown on your top 20 shareholders do not work out, maybe this is a old top 20.
RMI have 1575868398 shares on issue, Sinom is shown to have 193,123,858 which by my calculations is only 12.3% and not the 18.45% as shown.
I also note that the last share offer was under subscribed so maybe its was the underwriters getting rid of the outstanding share issue (62800000 were left with underwriters @ .005).
Not down Ramping just facts, this company is still very risky.
