I have checked the Shareholders on Commsec and the only 2 listed as of 31/08/09 it showed:
Nefco Nominees Pty Ltd 70,191,667 6.70
Sinom (Hong Kong) Ltd 193,123,858 18.45
It also showed that:
Shareholders buying
Date Shareholder Previous % New% Shares Traded
08-04-10 Sinom (Hong Kong) Ltd 21.91 18.38 96,534,929
So it appears that you are correct with Sinom holding more than 18%.
So at 31/08/09 there must of been only 1046741778 shares on issue now we have 1575868398 shares on issue of which Sinom holds 18.38% of which if my maths is correct is 289,658,787 shares.
So sorry for any miss understanding
