Good work - I was also pooring over the list this morning trying to figure out who the sellor (and buyer) might be.
Itochu only hold 25,107,278 shares so Citicorp Nominees also hold a balance of 6,894,498 shares for someone who could be the sellor.
It would be easy for Citicorp to negotiate an internal cross trade with Itochu which would increase their stake to 12.5%
