It's seems there is a few contradications with ARM saying this

"Neither African Rainbow Minerals(ARM) Limited,nor Anglo Platinum Limited,made any announcement as purported through media or otherwise,on 13th February 2008 or any other date."

"The media reports stated there was an agreement in 2008 which is incorrect"

"Currently we are not in discussions."

And a senior spokesman of Anglo and the Director General saying this

"Angloplat spokesperson Trevor Raymond said in an interview that the firm had its Modikwa mine next door to these properties, and that it would make sense for the parties to get together and look at how synergies could best be exploited."

“We are pleased that the parties have agreed to work together to efficiently extract minerals from the properties over which they now have licences,” DME DG Sandile Nogxina said in the statement.

Someone is telling porkies plus if there was never some sort of agreement reached back in 2008 what hope has ARM got to rely on PAJA when they are way way out of the 180 day timeframe
