and page 5 covers Claim against Minister for minerals and Energy ( and others) by Rustenburg Platinum Mines LTD. ie anglo.platinum company.. So technically its RPM who would be the PAJA/court/ news reported claimant and not anglo/arm....right?
Genorah sounds just like the subsidiary of NKWE SA in whose name prospecting rights could be put ... merging info from my last post...could that be? "Genorah farms" E N and H.... Applied for by Tropical Paradise Trading?/ Genorah in 2006 and sold to NKWE shareholders in 2007 and then came the 2008 agreement with DMR anglo and ARM? Correct me if I am wrong, so far.
