I wouldn't read too much into the absense of updated top holders reports. I suspect that its just a technical glitch.

The spreadsheet that they use to maintain the top holders lists has a column entitled "shares held" which is a 32 bit numeric field. Unfortunately due to continual placements there are now so many shares on issue that they can't fit into the spreadsheet field any longer.
