imo i dont think the quarterly will come out until late feb , also think we should have multiples of announcements in a short term before the quarterly , as a few items should be finalized soon and can not drag on forever as its been a very long process already . i am sure the Indians can not come up with any more excuses to delay things any more , these unsettles issues need to be finalized fast or we will loose any creditability we have left with large investors or brokers imo
