Could be the company is too busy unlocking our riches in McArthur Basin to worry about all this pesky paperwork !!
Seriously though, they need to be careful about keeping the market informed. Did you ask the company ? Seems to be a sensible question they need to acknowledge and answer. I find the company is responsive to e-mails.
On the positive side, it is terrific to see HSBC maintain the faith and grow their holding.
I'm wondering if at some stage HSBC & Macquarie analysts link up and exercise some muscle.... ie to push Empire to move that bit faster in the McArthur - or one step better :- Facilitate introductions to some Majors for Farm-In discussions and a much more rapid unlocking of this proposed wealth for shareholders.
Is anyone else considering accumulating at these levels ?
