That is correct. MNQ did not need to go into suspension as their deal was announced and will complete before the new rules regarding RTO's come into effect in September. Lucky for MNQ that they escaped that trap but its good for us shareholders as they are not getting stuck into suspension like other companies who are now announcing RTO's.
