if you formally ask them for a copy they have to give it to you, however, there were that many holders asking for a copy they show it once a month, which they don't need too. but they break the rules of disclosure by saying its only available once a month on their w site.
It should be if they only want to do it once a month it should be the 1st trading day of the month. as it's a bad look that it's all over the place unprofessional on their part
