These are the changes from 28 Sept to 24 Oct.

Overall, the top 20 hold 396,660 less shares which has brought the top 20's holding back below 70% to 69.86%.

The sellers were ANZ Nominees (again) who sold 83,660 shares but National Nominees were worse, selling 440,550 shares. Nefco Nominees sold 270,00 shares. I don't know who all these Nominee companies represent but I think they aren't doing the right thing by their clients.

The surprising sellers were two of the HSBC nominee companies, one sold 2,116,136 shares and the other sold 42,900 shares. The third HSBC nominee company accumulated another 1,757,586 but the net result of the three HSBC entities was that they hold 401,450 less shares than a month ago.

I can't tell when they sold. Some of this selling could have taken place at lower figures (about a month ago) or more recent higher figures, I just can't tell.

The buyers (other than the third HSBC company) were Citicorp Nominees who accumulated 799,000 shares in the month.

All the others simply sat on what they had last month. Harlee, who is just outside the top 20, accumulated in the mid 50's but will have to buy more if she is to exceed Ironside and force her way into the elite list. I think she only needs another 50,000 shares or so.
