You're right to thank Tfer and all the other contributors who generously give their time, but as to your 'maybe one day I'll also have something to offer' reference - seems to me you're doing OK with that nice informative post.
On that note: if there's one thing I've learned in this game it's that the gut feel you get from talking to management, especially when aligned with their ability to deliver on their promises, can be the most consistent guarantee of future success and price appreciation there is. Tends to make you more willing to hold on for the long haul, and that's so often where the real money is....
