Got the reply from SDL yesterday arvo over top 20 shareholder enquiry. Here it is:
Dear Shareholder,
It is a regulatory requirement of substantial shareholders of listed companies to notify the ASX of any changes within 48 hours. As I mentioned on Friday Sundance has not seen any notices lodged. Since the top 20 was reported in the annual report in September the only notices lodged have been two Change in Director’s Interest Notices (purchases) and one Ceasing to be a Substantial Shareholder in November.
