Looks like a 5 year old pumped these out....lol can someone kindly notify the number one or number three shareholder depending on which top 20 you refer to that the company name is actually spelt "Environmental Clean Technologies"....

Correct me if I'm wrong but the transfer looks to be back dated exactly one year ago to 11.02.07. Straight forward transfer between company entities?

The two sales look to be unrelated and off market.

15,409,323 FPO for consideration of $1,496,155.82 or 9.7 cents

20,000,000 FPO for consideration of $1,000,000 or 5 cents

Don't quite understand why you would sell at different prices but it may relate to the price he got them for. Whoever has bought them did so at a bargain but the huge volume probably necessitated this discount-besides RC Johnson would have acquired them a lot more cheaply so theres no lost to him. Also, if you refer to Annual Report Top 20 and the Oct revised Top 20 there is conflicting views as to how much RC Johnson owns-looks like the Annual Report is the right one now??

Anyway and more importantly we have a significant mix up in the top20.IMO it's likely instos bought these shares and if so it should provide better top20 stability.

All positive but again, this is why I’d like to see a proper revised top20.
