However on top of the 40% held by top the 20, you need to remember what happened with last years placement and who picked them up.
I believe most of the placement went those close to the company (or close to Ascot S) whom are still holding and who would
not necessary be in the top 20.
So if you take into account the top 20 and then the placement, then shares that are tightly held could be anything from 60 to 80%.
