Need to clarify something for you...
Tom Langley did hold 55m shares. Refer to previous Appendix 3Y's. He resigned as a director on 2 May 2021, Refer Appendix 3Z on same date.
Please further refer to Annual Report 30 June 2020 where he is No. 1 shareholder.
If he is no longer on the register as of 30 June 2021 Annual Report, then he must have sold his shares.
Reports are not inaccurate at all. Just needs a bit of very quick searching and digging.
