Johnson and Bell have been significantly disempowered and will try to put a spanner in the works re resolutions.

They want to regain controlling interest in your shares by hook or by crook...and as usual...ON THE CHEAP!! at your expense !

Why ?

THEY KNOW THE POTENTIAL COLDRY AND MATMOR HAVE IN ANY ENVIRONMENT...CARBON CREDITS OR NOT !!!!

They know the significance of the finance res and how easy it could be for a no vote to get up !

There's no love lost between them, the board and the patent bro's.


They will try to vote the finance resolution down and buy your shares for nothing after you throw in the towel.

IT'S THEIR M.O....just look at the 240K (190K) deal they did in the bad ol'days....they think it's their right ! They really do still think they own the joint !

For as little as a coupla million dollars, later in the year, they could take control in no time at all if finance res is voted down!

They want their cake....and your cake....for the price of some body elses cake !

( please...no base ball bats at the egm...please...)


...DON'T THROW YOUR CO'S POTENTIAL TO THE WIND BY NOT VOTING FOR THE RESOLUTIONS !!!



If you want your co to remain your co then you had better not throw your proxy form in the bin ! ( as cheech and chong are assuming you will........ )

These stooges have a disconbobulating plan up their floor dragging sleeves to diddle US out of our share of esi's potential !....

But a few holders have a back up plan !!! (does not involve baseball bats lol )

( I have multiple holdings in esi...one shows at #12 on the top 20.)

Shareholder apathy come voting time is a sad thing...

If you don't vote FOR all resolutions, don't complain here when cheech and chong smoke your holding !

Smoke there's instead !
