I hold a small number of shares in ESI, as a long term investment.
I have my proxy form and was planning to vote for the funding resolution as this looks like what the company needs to get its IP to market.
Is anyone able to give a snapshot of what the issues are around the shareholder history/politics? I've tried to read back over a few posts but can't really piece it together.
ps not trying to reopen any personal debates/issues, just curious as to the background on this !!
