AutumnOrigin Capital has increased is holding from last year to over 5 million shares.The company is headed by Mr Tianjiao Yang. Mr Yang is involved in equity marketsin Singapore and Sydney and is an early-stage investor in mining companies inChina and Australia. Mr Yang lives in Melbourne.
AmritaCapital Limited with 3 million shares is a new entrant to the top 20. AmritaCapital is a financial services company registered in the Hong Kong SpecialAdministrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
BullseyeGeoservices is Michael Haynes the CEO and MD of New World Resources (NWC.AX).He holds around 3.5 per cent in a number of accounts. Along with his wife, heholds a further 1.2% in his super fund account.
Osisko BaieJames is Osisko Development Corporation (ODV:TSXV) a Canadian mining andproject development company with a long history in gold mining and morerecently has sought out lithium projects primarily in the James Bay district.The Company is the vendor of the Trieste project and owns 2.23 per cent of thecompany. Loyal originally paid Osisko 1,776,201 shares to exercise the optionfor their 228 claims of the Trieste project in 2021 and a further 500,000shares when LLI signed a letter of intent to purchase 100 per cent of theTrieste project in 2022, which was subsequently completed by exercising theoption to purchase. Osisko is based in Montreal Quebec.
DG ResourceManagement Ltd is Mr Jody Dahrouge and wife Debbie Dahrouge with 1.7 per centof the stock. Mr Dahrouge is the vendor for the Brisk project. He was also thevendor for Patriot’s Corvette project among several others in the James Bayregion. DG Resource Management is also Loyal’s geological partner in theexploration work at Trieste. Mr Dahrouge lives in Edmonton, Canada.
RavalheartPty Ltd is a new entrant on the top 20 with 1.74 million shares. The company isprivately owned and based in Hong Kong.
Meesha Investments is Cameron Henry theMD of Primero Group (Perth based engineering and minerals processing company)and non-executive director of Green Technology Metals (GT1.AX). Cameron Henry also holds 4% of GT1 via Meesha Investments, 4% of GT1 via Primero Group where he sits on the board. The common link with GT1 and LLI is Adam Ritchie and the Chairman of GT1 John Young are both ex-PLS.
Yarrawindi Holdings is a privately held company based in Melbournethat invests in a variety of businesses including Xero and Flexigroup. Thebusiness is run by joint managing directors Peter and Michael Rogers.Stelabel Pty Ltd is a Perth based private company. The company has annual revenue of around $100 million. They providepackaging products for the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmeticsindustries. The company was founded in 1995.
Mr Tim Powe is a Melbourne-based lithiuminvestor. He is also in the top-20 of Bolivian DLI play Cosmos Exploration (C1X.AX).Suzanne Gulikers is his wife and fellow SMSF trustee.
Jasforce is Mr Alex Waislitz,billionaire Chairman of Thorney Technologies (TEK.AX) with 1.0% of the companyand down from 1.7% held last year. Famously he once married into the Prattfamily but has since divorced and is currently going through a messy propertysettlement. He’s now more connected to one or more of the Real Housewives ofMelbourne. He is also a former director and vice president of the Collingwood Football Club. Funny stuff.
