NOW AFTER TODAYS RELEASE of the Top 20 and Distribution of New Securities for those that converted their Convertable notes into secured notes correct me if I'm wrong here but that gives National nominees a very large total now in shares 51,554,361, secured notes 65,175,812(which can be converted to shares easily) and also options 46,554,151 which can also be easily converted, I'm not sure of the possible total, it would depend on the conversion of the secured notes to shares and how many they got, but someone is taking a fairly large position in our company I believe, without us being able to see or even be aware of who it is, because they are hiding behind National Nominees holdings, perhaps ASIC should look at this as it seems to be a bit irregular to me?
