Previous MSTO options - there is a provision for holders of previous options to convert them to new options by payment of $0.001 per option, the new options then under the same terms, but expiring in line with the notes (2 yrs extra). This gives holders of those options (which were obtained through purchase of notes) to convert them to shares at $0.15c (if the sp gets there within 2 years).
